            The membership for the organization is not limited in the sense that anyone can freely join the organization, especially those who have a strong desire and inclination in helping the less fortunate youth of Rhode Island in crafting their character according to the good qualities manifested by sports athletes.

The structure of the organization is simple. It is merely comprised of individual members whose tasks are barely focused on manpower with a little financial support from contributions from the members as well as from other people who are willing to provide a helping hand to the initiatives of the group. Considerably, the organization does not involve in its operations an excessive amount of financial spending for the group is able to gather a number of sponsors who will shoulder all or, at the very least, a significant fraction of the expenses as well as other benefits.
