Summary

The use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has become an integral part of everyday life for many people. ICT has made communication more efficient and cost-effective, compared to traditional methods such as postal mail. However, the lack of interpersonal skills and face-to-face communication can lead to misunderstandings and laziness. Additionally, technology has created new jobs and innovations but has also caused job insecurity and privacy concerns. Despite these disadvantages, ICT is expected to continue to be a functional requirement for people’s work, social, and personal lives.
