1.1(b) Organizational culture:
The common beliefs attitudes depending on which basis a person thinks, moral and ethics, which leads the behavior and acts of individual in a specific organization.
The following are the four different types of organization culture, which
are:
Role culture: It is a traditional and sensible organization. How efficient you act out a job rely and on the official relationships between individuals.
Power culture: Power is basically the capabilities of doing something or persuade someone to do it .It is s also called as club culture .Examples of this kind of organization are law firms, the military, etc.
Explanation of the relationship between organizational structure and organizational relationship:
The relationship between organizational structure and organizational culture is important subject which is usually unnoticed and ignored. It is generally very difficult to differentiate and distinguish the one from the other. Both are connected somehow, and they are not totally separate from each other. Organizational structure, points to the infrastructure, procedures, activities within it. Cultural is general issues and matters of people within an organization. The organizational structure helps the organizational culture to run the organization with the efficient and stability, which should be the characteristics of any strong organization. This makes the organizational structure an important part in any organizational structure, however it also limits the segmentation f the culture as its responsibility .Organizational structure will involve primarily with the system of culture, how the management operate, which are the certain responsibilities the manager have, this is one of the common issues within the organizational culture which is tied to the way organizational structure work. Another prevailing way to explain the structure work is that the structure of the organization is the way in which the interconnected clusters are created to make them function easily from a larger position. Two important aims of the organizational structure is to make sure the communications effectively between the different individual within it. Also the other purpose of the organizational structure is to raise the coordination over the departments. Other Scientifics divide the concept of the structure of the organization into various parts to explain
the stages that a business passes through in order to expand their size and capacity. Firstly it is the pre-bureaucratic structure, which is known for the lack of the structure, which regulates the tasks. This system is beneficial for smaller businesses. Clearly, the relationship between the organizational structure and culture is difficult to define and explain, however in a totally strong culture, a strong structure can be found and the reverse is true.
