This holiday was anything but ordinary; it was a nightmare. Allow me to recount these terrible few weeks. I was enjoying a tranquil solo vacation, spending my mornings fishing and sipping on Crown Lager. And then, I encountered a fish. It resembled a three-eyed creature, like the ones often seen in the Simpsons, except this one was white. Completely white, without any other colors.

Although I tried my best, I couldn’t stop thinking about the fish when I got back home. To my surprise, the next day a fisherman arrived at my doorstep wanting to sell some fish. Since it was customary for fishermen to make these sales at your door, I agreed. He presented a single fish from his vehicle and as he approached, I realized it was the exact same three-eyed white fish. I gave the fisherman fifteen dollars and brought the fish into my room.

The issue that troubled me was what to do with a fish. I pondered whether to eat it or discard it, but I had concerns about potential toxicity and the possibility of it returning to haunt me. Suddenly, an idea came to mind: I opted to chop up the fish and place it in my neighbors’ mailbox. The following day, as I embarked on my usual fishing excursion, an eerie silence greeted me upon my arrival back home. Later, when I visited some neighbors, I discovered their lifeless bodies lying on the ground; presumably deceased due to the poisonous fish. As it turned out, my suspicions were accurate. On a positive note, at least I successfully disposed of the fish.
