Listening is one of the most important skills and how well I listen has a major impact on the job effectiveness, and on the quality of relationships with others - Active Listening introduction. Active listening focuses on who you are listening to in order to understand what he is saying. As the listener, you should then be able to repeat back in your own words what they have said.
