I have been job searching at least 2 days a week for the past 2 months. I could stop being picky and just take what I can get but, I would love to get into the medical field. How can you reduce or eliminate stress caused by the events when they occur? When doing this test I only have three events that have the score of a 2. The events that I marked with a 2 are the following; Annoying behavior, Accidents/clumsiness/mistakes, and fitness. When I am somewhere and all you hear is annoying people acting immature it tends to become pretty stressful. The same goes when I make a mistake. I am pretty hard on my self and I tell myself there is no room for mistakes or accidents. Some might say this is pretty harsh but I find it a little helpful when working on something.
Lastly I hate not feeling fit or in shape. So because I feel this way I make sure my whole family feels this way. Being healthy and fit is the best thing for you but, it also gets pretty stressful. I could reduce the stress level on all three of these things if I just relaxed and let life happen. I know I get worked up to easy and I really need to stop doing that. I should start talking to others when I get in these moods so they can help me through it. Identify at least one system in your life that provides support for the social aspect of the biopsychosocial model.

I have to admit I am a pretty stressed out person. Lately it seems as if the only one who does not stress me out it my daughter. No matter the mood I am in all she has to do is smile at me and say it’s ok momma, and I feel like a new person. I do have support from my mother as well. When I call my mom to receive the social support from her, it tends to stress me out even more. So it seems the only way I am not stressed is when I am with my daughter.
