Firstly, we will analyze the control issues in bureaucracy in comparison with post-bureaucracy. Then we will illustrate the nature of post-bureaucracy to prove that post-bureaucracy is another kind of control. Therefore, companies will better control those employees and intensify their own work activities to achieve the goal of efficiency and profit. In conclusion, giving employees more freedom is just a super trick of the post-bureaucracies. The final goal of post-bureaucracies, to some extent, is to win the e control over employees’ emotional commitments, modes of thinking and identities. Therefore, I, to a great extent, don’t agree with the saying posted in the question.
