The business commerce is the process where goods and services are produced, since childcare is a service the goods are built into the service, so the exchange of money is between myself (the customer) and the owner of the childcare.

The business commerce for Little Angel Daycare is a busy one. Customers will “trade” their money for the services of having their children taken care for up to 10 hours a day in the form of diapers changed, being served lunch, their children having a structured, safe and clean environment. This trade fulfills the need of working parents, who require such a service. The business occupation consists of employees who are skilled in caring for children.
The business occupation also consists of the childcare center to be licensed with the State, which requires all employees to have a certain amount of education hours a month. The business organization is the last component of the business system, which is the system of task and relationships that coordinate interaction between people so they have a common goal. Little Angel Daycare is considered a small local childcare center in my area. It advertises in the local area mostly by word of mouth, but has recently done a TV commercial.
