This study will give an idea not only to the ursing department of Naga College Foundation but also to every school that offers nursing on how they are going to improve the quality of their education. Another purpose why there is a need to conduct this study is to evaluate if the students are able to adapt and to adjust in the sudden exposure in the clinical area, if they can absorb what they have experienced and if they are able to do the procedures very well in the hospital or in the community.

This study would also offer facts to the institution that will lead them to take necessary actions for the betterment of their students as well as they will identify what they need to change, what they are lacking, and what are the things they should implement to help the students. This research will be helpful to the institution in producing highly competent and world class nurses. As a part of this new curriculum and the pioneering batch, we were able to expose early to clinical area and that time, we were anxious on what the scenario would be and we were able to observe different skills in nursing field.
