It also sought answers to the following questions: 1. Are there direct benefits of having a team building activities and are those benefits applicable to the industry? 2. Does having team building activities really affect the work motivation of the employees? 3. What constitutes a team? 4. Is there a significant difference on having a team building activities according to place or venue? Hypothesis This study hypothesis that there is no significant difference on having a team building activities according to place or venue. Scope and Limitation of the Study This study focuses on the relation of team building activities to work motivation of the employees.
There are fifty employees as the respondents. This study starts at June 2013 and ends in March 2014. Significance of the Study Students. The proposed study serves as their reference or guide in research. Future Researchers. The proposed study will benefit and help the future researcher as their guide.
