The most admirable trait that Johnson & Johnson has is its commitment to diversity. They have been recognized and have received many awards for their accomplishments in diversity. Johnson & Johnson also provides training for health care workers in Tanzania and Ethiopia in order to provide prenatal and obstetric care for mothers and newborns. I have a lot of respect for how Johnson & Johnson makes diversity a priority within their company and how they education their employees on diversity. If Johnson & Johnson had a local company in the Massachusetts area I would definitely want to work there. I have admiration for how Johnson & Johnson are humanitarians and help people globally around the world with heath care.
They care about all people of all cultures and they have many support groups for all cultures and they help so many people around the world. As a Latino women in the USA it’s was very nice to see that Johnson & Johnson was on the top 50 companies for Latinas to work in the USA.
