In 1989, Jon Stewart hosted Short Attention Span Theater on Comedy Central, a role that led to hosting the first talk show on Music Television (MTV), The Jon Stewart Show. The Colbert Report provides a parody of pundits toward major issues facing the world today that are also easy to follow.
