Leaders in the public sector can be found as a set of exemplary traits, values, and behaviours that individuals possess. This type of leadership emphasize on influencing change at individual and organizational levels, and focus differs as well. These workers are public servants who carry out roles and responsibilities of leadership at different levels. These leaders are capable of such a demanding job by possessing good characteristics and competencies which allow them to transform their knowledge and experiences into actions.
