The Situation In this proposed situation a company named Airdevils Incorporated uses a number of innovative stunts that the business is based on. Airdevils Incorporated is a business that serves the marketing and film industries.
This organization has a variety of aerial stunts that are highly regarded in the film and marketing industries. Airdevils Inc. has made some impressive accomplishments in the global market and now new prospective clients are becoming interested in the quality of the service the company offers. In the last two years financial periods Airdevils has dealt with a problem of underperforming revenues. Many of the employees at the top level of Airdevils are dissatisfied and are looking to work for other firms in the industry.
The reason behind the employees’ dissatisfaction with their jobs at Airdevils is that there is no ample opportunity for growth or advancement within the entire organization (University of Melbourne, 2011). To make sure that the issues within the organization are dealt with effectively in the context of job satisfaction all the company’s employees have been required to take a survey indexing the individual’s compatibility to his or her job title and description. The result of the survey was that the overall satisfaction level of all employees at Airdevil, Inc. was very low.
