A leader cannot just give what he/she has, but he/she can build over top and grow.
Why is it that not everyone is a leader? Perhaps that person is scared or confused. They possibly are not ready to take that role or afraid of losing control. Mistakes happen within everyone, but mistakes do not make you weaker, they actually make you stronger. Are the stronger leaders more responsible then the leaders who do not make a stand as broad as others? What is it that makes a person a good leader? The fact that if that person is honest and responsible makes them a good leader. Personality in fact makes a person a good leader, as well as strengths and weaknesses. Preparation and completion makes a person responsible and shows that the person is up for risks and high challenges which makes them more reliable and understanding. Leadership is difficult but not impossible. Mistakes are sure to happen, but you learn from them, making sure they are not made again. Being aware of what is happening around you helps with making decisions and not over doing what is already done. Being a leader is not everything but is not nothing. Someday you may be president and have to run a country instead of a group. Being one step ahead will not hurt as it is always safe to be prepared. Everybody has a vision of a leader.
