The most common form of written communication in my workplace is E-mail, Text Message, and Instant Message. Technical writing is the most common form in this workplace. Team leaders is responsible of the most technical writing ion this workplace.

A common issue with written communication in the workplace is that all participants don’t follow all the communication rules and guide lines when I come to using language or slang.
• How can an organization benefit from well-written communication?
An organization can benefit from well-written communication in many ways. For example it allows you to maintain good customer-client relations with writing letters, and ensure that work is accomplished on time with memos and emails.
