What Does It Mean To Be Cuckold In Othello?

Othello is a play that takes place in Venice, Italy. It was written by William Shakespeare, and it tells the story of a man named Othello who falls in love with a woman named Desdemona.
While at first, everything seems fine between them, Iago comes along and convinces Othello that Desdemona has been unfaithful to him with another man named Cassio. This causes Othello to become very jealous and angry, which drives him to murder his wife.
So what does it mean to be cuckold? Well, there are several definitions of this term. One definition is that it refers to when a man’s wife has an affair with someone else; another definition refers to when a man has an affair with someone else (usually behind his wife’s back).
