The elements of the macroenviroment and competitive environment that affected Wild Water are the laws and regulations. You must adhere to all laws and regulations in order for the business to stay open and running. The economy is also an element that affects the business. The water park is only open during the summer time. By the water park only being open during the summer they have to work very hard to make the most money that they can make during that time.
One element of the competitive environment that the Salernos should consider is the customer base. They have to brainstorm on what could bring more customers in so they can gain more revenue. Some of the elements that I feel may affect the water park over the next few years will involve the macro environment and also the competitive environment if another park is opened up nearby.
The laws elements will be a major effect because that will cost the water park to get all the updates. They must be done in order for the park to even stay open. The demographics will be affected because since they will gain a new customer base because of the condominiums being built.
The organizations culture has been said to be hierarchical. The staff being as loyal as they have been over the years is a great plus for the Salernos. When the water park starts to get hectic around the office they can always depend on their loyal employees.
