Her effective leadership stemmed from garnering support from all ministers and fostering strong relationships with other nations, which contributed to India’s economic growth. This achievement would not have been possible without her compromising and friendly disposition.
According to research, female politicians demonstrate more cooperation and trustworthiness compared to their male counterparts. Women are adept at facilitating teamwork and implementing successful strategies, leading to higher levels of achievement. The game involves cooperation between two individuals to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. Furthermore, they employ strategies aimed at long-term retention to achieve sustainable resolutions and enhance outcomes. Consequently, they possess the ability to maintain a more well-rounded approach to decision-making. Moreover, women demonstrate a tendency towards caution and exhibit fewer errors in their work. This can be attributed to their habit of pondering twice and carefully verifying their tasks prior to completion. Indirectly, these findings suggest that women may excel as politicians compared to men.
In my perspective, women in politics possess superior qualities as compared to men. They excel in compromising, being trustworthy and cooperative, as well as showcasing strong-mindedness. Consequently, they emerge as more effective politicians compared to their male counterparts.
