Joe Burrow went to high school at The Ohio State University.
Detailed answer:

Joe Burrow attended Athens High School in Athens, Ohio, where he was a four-year starter at quarterback for coach Mark Popek’s football team. As a freshman, he passed for 1,263 yards with six touchdowns and ran for 444 yards with nine touchdowns on offense while leading his team to an 8-3 record and an appearance in the first round of the Division IV playoffs that season. As a sophomore, he suffered an injury during the first game of the season against New Lexington High School but returned later in the year to help lead his team to an 11-1 record and an appearance in the state semifinals against St Xavier High School that season.

While at LSU, Burrow set numerous passing records and helped lead LSU to two SEC championships and an appearance in the 2014 Music City Bowl against Notre Dame. After graduating from LSU, he was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent but was released before ever playing a game with them.

In 2017 Burrow took over as starting QB when Barrett was injured during the season opener against Bowling Green State University.
