Nobody wants their child to grow up without guidance which is why parents are sometimes strict. Strictness is one thing a parent can do to properly show that they care and love them while they are in the age where they absorb unnecessary things and get rebellious.
Parental guidances is a big factor for many families with adolescents occurring in their children, they are at the age where they are confused and don’t know what to do. Parents are there to lead them in making decisions when they can not decide on their own. For example, parents are there to actually nurture their children’s understanding of how other people can influence the way they think and act in their everyday life. To be honest, parents are there to help their children to choose between right and wrong, and good and bad. They want their children to grow up with proper guidance by choosing the people they go with.And so, being strict is how some parents guide their children while growing up.
Undoubtedly speaking, parents worries to their childrens’ safety from the bad influences around their children’s environment. They do not want their children to get involved to gangs and staying out late at night partying not knowing what danger might happen. They want to ensure their children’s safety while they are still not fully aware of the danger outside their parents care. Curfew is one thing parents do to put restriction in their children’s stubbornness. And so parents are being strict for the sake of their children’s safety.
Parents tend to be strict in order to protect their children from any harm from the world they are living in. Getting high with drugs, drinking alcohol and smoking are things parents doesn’t want their children to get used to and do at such a young age since they haven’t fully grown to understand the danger behind all of it. Alcohol, drugs and cigarettes are all bad habits that can cause our body to collapse resulting to disease, Parents do not want that to happen to their children. Clearly then parents resolved to being strict in order to protect their children from those bad habits.
Parents are selfish, protective, caring and cautious towards anything related to their children that is why they can be sometimes strict to the point where some children get rebellious because they still can not understand the reason behind their parents strictness. Strictly speaking, parents cares so much about their children that they protect, guide and choose things for their own good.In addition, parents and children have two different view in life and that puts a barrier between them not being able to understand each other yet again parents are there to support their children.
