How is everybody doing, or should I say how are your shoes doing.
I want to discuss how important wearing the right type of shoes for your feet is important. Although the word ‘shoes’ does not seem all that important, just like we see the sky every day and think nothing of it.
Aching Feet = Bad Shoes
Shoes chucks sneakers converse feet collection checkered running shoes sole laces. There’s a ton reason why feet ache, bunions, flat feet, hammer toes, high arches, but one of the main reasons come from not wearing proper shoes for the proper day events in our daily lives wearing old shoes can definitely cause problems especially if the soles are worn and turned out for working in the numerous hours at a time. I normally work 11 to 12 hours a day so I know the feeling I can’t wait to take my shoes off after work. Prefer wearing Crocs or boots when I work they give great firm support to your ankles. When I go out walking I prefer athlete shoes it makes a perfect balance for your feet as you know your feet is just about the hardest working part of your body.
Footwear Rules
Wear the right shoe for the occasion – this is the most common mistake I see people make when it comes to wearing footwear. All shoes have a certain function for example. Running shoes; they protect your feet while running. Cros for kitchen floors have a purpose; they protect your feet while working. And wearing these shoes outside their prescribed function is fine as long as they are still appropriate; however, many of us, only being human take this to an extreme and have abandoned the focus between formal and ultra-casual.
Invest in Quality
Even tho affording the best shoes is not that simply. We still must consider the long term goal of having the best quality for our feet. Just think of buying cheap shoes being held together with who knows what and literally a few weeks later falls apart. That’s not the best interest of no one. But to have backups such as thrifting it out can save money, but at the same time no quality. Sometimes you gotta save to get the best shoes out there for your feet.
Proper Fit and Comfort
Relaxing shoes nature hiking sitting chilling outdoors environment trees leaves sneakers legs feet resting hipster green plants peaceful wanderlust. The size of your feet changes as you grow up so always have your feet measured before buying shoes. Most of us have one foot that is larger than the other, so fit your shoe to your larger foot. Select a shoe that just shaped like your foot.
During the fitting process, make sure there is enough space (3/8′ to 1/2′) for your longest toe at end of each shoe when you are standing upright. Make sure the ball of your foot fits good into the widest part of the shoe. Don’t buy shoes that feel too tight and think they will fit. Your heels should fit in the shoe with less amount of slipping – the shoes should not ride up and down on your heel when you walk. When your in the store walk around to make sure they fit. Take them home and spend some time walking on carpet to make sure they fit. Soles should provide solid footing and not be slippery. Thick soles cushion your feet when walking on hard surfaces.
Overall Perspective
It very important to take good care of your feet, by the end of the day whatever pain you might go thru can be from head to toe as they say. Name brand will always be the best way to go, but in reality research and comparing and pricing is a good option if you don’t have the funds available to you.
