She is very determined to become queen however she can only become queen if Macbeth is king. For that reason, she tried to persuade Macbeth to murder Duncan, so he can turn into a king. Despite the fact that the witches never tell him how he will become king they just plant the idea of it in his brain. That’ when Macbeth realizes that he will become king a different way.Which is why he had such a hard time embracing the idea of murdering Duncan. Lady Macbeth isn’t patient and she does not know how to kill Duncan. So she sees an immediate path to the throne and she continues to encourage her husband to kill him. Lady Macbeth is so fed up that she wishes that she wasn’t a woman so she could do it by herself she says that she says ‘unsex me’.
Lady Macbeth has ruined everything that she can think of, including her own life. This is demonstrated in this quotation “ We go!
