Your characterization of Safie seems to be a bit off the original text by Mary Shelley in Frankenstein. It appears that there’s some confusion with the character roles. Safie, in the novel, was indeed a beautiful foreign woman who became involved with the de Lacey family, which the Creature observed and learned from. However, she never directly interacted with the Creature.
Safie, the lover of the de Lacey’s son, Felix, ran away from her father in Turkey to live with the de Lacey family in Germany. The Creature admired Safie because her struggles as a foreigner mirrored his own experiences as an outcast. By observing the family’s interaction and instruction of Safie, the Creature learned language, reading, and many facets of human civilization.
Her story taught the Creature about social structures and norms, including how society could reject and marginalize those perceived as different. However, despite the Creature’s yearning, Safie herself never forms a relationship with him nor does she even meet him. When the Creature eventually revealed himself to the de Lacey family, they reacted with fear and rejection, which further fueled his feelings of isolation and despair.
