“Personality is easy to read, and we’re all experts at it. We judge people [as] funny, extroverted, energetic, optimistic, confident—as well as overly serious, lazy, negative, and shy—if not upon first meeting them, then shortly thereafter. And though we may need more than one interaction to confirm the presence of these sorts of traits, by the time we decide they are, in fact, present we’ve usually amassed enough data to justify our conclusions. Character, on the other hand, takes far longer to puzzle out. It includes traits that reveal themselves only in specific—and often uncommon—circumstances, traits like honesty, virtue, and kindliness.” (A.Lickerman, 2011)

Possessing a proclivity toward mastery-approach orientation, these individuals will not shy away from challenging situations, and their desire to tackle challenges is greater than their fear of appearing unknowledgeable in front of others. In other words, they approach challenges with the full intent of mastering them.” (Watson, 2012) She is lack with Neuroticism characters such as sadness, stress, anxiety, moodiness and upset. According to Agreeableness theory I am introversion, since I do not like being socialise much, less talkativeness, emotional in my character. I have Agreeableness character such as trust, kindness, love and affection and other social behaviours. Looking at Neuroticism character I feel sadness, stress, anxiety, moodiness and upset. According to the Openness characteristics I am high in imagination and insight. I am curious to know about the world what is happening with other people. I have interest to learn new things and get experience on it. Self-awareness makes me a very important role in my life and control gaining shape of the character. Expanding self-awareness is likely the first step in gaining control and understanding of life, and our role in it. So it’s no wonder that “the most successful people are the most self-aware people.” (Rosenfeld, 2016)
Let’s Compare and Contrast Both of our Characteristics
My best friend is a very famous person with our friends, in contrast I am not a very famous with my friends. She is very talkative and hang around with people but I am not talkative and do not like to be hang around with people. She always very happy and easy going person. She enjoy being the centre of attention, on the other hand I am not an easy going person and do not like being the centre of attention. Conclusion The Enormous Five Identity characters are valuable for evaluating identity and qualities and shortcomings. It appears that qualities offer a solid establishment for being a great worker and for working with the open. I see that shortcomings got to be checked (by me) so that I can move forward tirelessly in case circumstances cause work to begin to heap up around me. I can direct my emotional highs and lows through self-care. Being proactive is the leading approach towards reinforcing my moderate scores within the principles and enthusiastic categories, whereas permitting my qualities in extraversion, pleasantness, and openness to involvement to stream actually will cause me to do well at work, at domestic, and in life in common.
