There are many different definitions of a hero, but I believe the most important thing is that they have a strong moral compass. They are selfless, and always puts others before themselves. They also possess great courage, and are always willing to stand up for what is right, even in the face of great adversity. A hero is someone who is willing to put themselves in harm’s way for the sake of others.
Many people believe that a hero is someone with superpowers or special abilities. While this may be true in some cases, not all heroes have special powers. A person can be a hero because he or she saves lives, makes the world a better place or even just helps other people out when they need it most. Heroes come in all shapes and sizes — from firefighters to doctors to police officers and teachers who help kids learn about life.
Some people think that being a hero means doing something dangerous that could get you hurt, but that’s not necessarily true either. Sometimes helping someone who needs help can be dangerous too; however, doing so can make you feel proud of yourself because you know that someone else needed your help and you gave it to them without hesitation — even if that meant risking your own safety in order to do so!
