This is very user friendly that caters all the banking transportation and even in a smallest business for record keeping intention. This is the essence of modernized technology. Computing technology has an impact on almost every aspect of daily life.
Computer applications abound in art, business, entertainment, science, engineering and medicine. In addition, the discovery of the computer was great function of modernity for different to make work easier, more capable and more adaptable of humanity. It has brought a new level of knowledge that became the new standard in the industry. It made the school more efficient for students and provided path to communicate to entire earth. Nowadays, computer base system is commonly used by company and institution and one of this is computerized enrollment system. Computerized Enrolment System is the must have system in school.
It is a convenient way of storing and retrieving information of a student that provide more easy way of enrolling. One of the schools that badly needed this Computerized Enrolment System is Banate National High School, located at Brgy. Bularan, Banate, Iloilo. At this computer age, they are still practicing the manual procedure of enrolling students which resulted to a very time consuming and keeping records of student is not safe and hard to find when need it, lost of data will probably the huge effect. This Computerized Enrolment System is proposing in-exchange to the existing system in Banate National High School.
This proposed system will cut down the cost during enrollment and reduce much effort. Objectives of the Study It is the purpose of this study to: a)Lessen the time of the students in paying their fees of Banate National High School. b)Speed up the process of generating enrollment report in a short period of time and lessen the workload. c)Manage an easy way of securing student record. Statement of the Problem The Computerized Enrolment System of the Banate National High School, Bularan, Banate, Iloilo, sought to answer the question formulated. a)How to lessen the time of the students in paying their fees of Banate National High School? )Hot to speed up the process of generating enrollment report in a short period of time and lessen the workload?
c)How the Banate National High School can manage an easy way of securing student record? Significance of the Study This study conducted to make a Computerized Enrolment System of BanateNatioal High School located in Brgy. Bularan, Banate, Iloilo. It is mainly focused on the development of the enrollment process of the school. To the personnel in-charge in the enrollment, this study can lessen their workload especially during enrollment and, help them safely keep the records of the students.
In addition, this system could attain an efficient and reliable in making student records. The result of this Computerized Enrolment System could benefit students through giving quality service and providing a short enrollment procedure. To the developers of the system this could enhance their skills and capabilities in developing a system that would be a tool in giving quality enrolment system to the intended school. This could also sharpen their mind thoroughly for a better purpose. Lastly, it is import in such a way that it benefits not only the student but the administration as a whole.
This may as an idea that technology really created to help and achieve additional progress of the school. Scope and Limitation of the Study The study will be limited only to the boundaries of computerized enrolment system in Banate National High School. The researchers focused in getting relevant data including data of the students and computation of necessary fees, the system will able to print receipt and class list. This system includes sectioning. This system is developed for the authorized personnel that enroll students. And it will be used to avoid the duplication and redundancy in encoding and tracing the student information.

Due to increasing population of the institution, and the school currently implementing the manual system, every student spends a lot of time during enrollment period, such as paying their tuition fees a nd processing the school requirements. This System was made to lessen the time and effort exerted by both student and school employees.

There are different systems designed for reliable, efficient and very useful to the user. It could help the registral for a less effort services in he institutions specially in updating, printing and deleting students record. Velasco (2002) Study entitled “Maulawin National High School Student Information System” cited that maintaining students, records manually is a very difficult task and time consuming.
In that case, computerization system that can help and handle this data needed to speed up the process of student’s record keeping and to promote and reliability. Cura et. al. This study was conducted with the hope that it would help minimize time and effort in processing student’s information in Maulawin National High School. The basic feature of this study is after the storage and access of retrieving and updating the data. Aravia et. al. (2002) Show the growing importance of computers in the society. The significance of the study revolves the automation of student permanent record keeping. In the case of Nyongani School Inc. , it is composed of a manual system. Directress used manual system in recording and retrieving student’s information. She also has information about student’s payment.
In fact, she does all the record keeping just by using ballpen and columnar sheet. On the other hand, Registrar Department also used manual system as a way of recording and retrieving student information. Another department is Accounting Office that administers student’s payment manually. The University of Southeastern Philippines adopted new enrollment system for this school year 2009-2010. Enrollment system is a good step for the school. Enrollment system is useful especially when the school retrieves the important information from the student.
In the enrollment system, the school can trace what are the standings of the students. Lack of enrollment system in a school it can lead to chaos and troubles, the students will be confuse on what they should do and how they will do to be able to enroll. It is extremely useful in the school in the way of making the processes of enrolling much easy. Theoretical Framework Theoretically, the main purpose of the system is to create an efficient, fast and reliable Computerized Enrollment Sytem of Banate National High School. According to Paul M.
Orehosec, enrollment is a’ cradle to grave process that starts at the point of student contact (the prospect) and continues to and through graduation. A Database Management System (DBMS) consist of collection of interrelated and set of function to access the data. DBMS provides an environment that is both convenient and efficient to use in retrieving and storing information. It is also consist of programs for storing, retrieving and manipulating large amount of data. With DBMS software the user can compile huge list of data and manipulate, store and retrieve it without having touched single file cabinet of folder.
Local Area Network (LAN) is a collection of interconnected computer that are separated by distance up to a few kilometers and typically used in office. Networking really helps establishment in a way of providing simultaneous process. Successful enrollment management depends on information base that is comprehensive targeted and continuously updated to conform with enrollment policies and to monitor its effectiveness. Institutions implementing enrollment programs need to establish an initial information infrastructure. This data will identify areas in need of further analysis that may suggest policy revision.
This approach (1) establishes a comprehensive framework (2) encourages development of enrollment target performance, monitoring system and tracking files (3) identifies areas of the student (4) integrates institutional research into enrollment management policy formation and (5) promotes continues improvement through the data analysis policy cycle. Conceptual Framework This study is based on the process of enrollment in Banate National High School. This system will provide reliable and safe records of the students. Prior to this the enrollment procedure will be shorten compare to the manual process.
