One of the ways we can do this is by providing high quality products, but we can take it a step further. We can start by staying in constant communication with our customers, keeping our sites and social media pages up to date is a great start. Nothing reflects more on a company than its products and customer service. Having a live agent ready to assist customers when they call in would be a great way to get some positive feed back about Johnson Company.

Doing this can be lest costly with the new POI options that are in today’s market. These two things can help change the company and how the world view us, they can even have a way for people to learn our history. Also Johnson Company get new products constantly due to the rapid changes in technology. This is where newsletter would be greatly beneficial to us and the customers. Sending news updates about current software or about new products that they already have can show how reputable the company really is. In conclusion Johnson Company have many different ways of improving their visibility and improve our current communication methods.

There is no harm done in using social media as long as you watch what is being posted about the company. Having live calls instead auto answering machines can make the customer feel more reassured. Sponsoring community events and having the owners engage in some of these events WOUld definitely make us stand out.
