My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much value as possible to the team. My goal is to develop and use my management and communications skills and want to develop into a position that allows me to continue to use these skills while also managing a group. I will prepare myself for this goal by taking on leadership positions in team projects, and by developing my professional career by attending leadership conferences. I see myself as a top-performing employee in a well-established organization. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in related professional associations. Once I gain additional experience, I would like to have the opportunity to move on from a technical position to management.
I live in Fremont, California. It has been a great experience living here in San Francisco bay area. I love the nature and California is the perfect state to explore. I have completed masters in Electrical Engineering and I was working with a private company in Fremont. From this course I am expecting to learn more business management skills to make my self strong. So, I can work in fast pace environment with better management skills.
I think my favorite job was when I was working at Hyve Solutions. My supervisor was really nice and the work was really easy. The customers would also be very friendly if I was friendly back to them, which made it really rewarding. I was working as a Test Engineer and I was responsible to prepare technical reports of Rack-level Server with recommending solutions to technical problems in different servers. I have also configured and troubleshoot various types of network switches in server rack.
A few of my future goals include leading a finance team in some capacity. I’m excited about the prospect of working with teams like legal and procurement on developing streamlined processes—this is a natural fit with my business administration background. One reason this job stood out to me was that it calls for a candidate with organizational expertise. I’ve had inspirational managers that I really admired, and would love to manage my own team in a few years.
I am extremely headed to accomplish both mine and the organization’s objectives, and it is my conviction that this security will enable me to do as such as I develop inside this part. Five years not far off I see myself developing into a chief or supervisor where I’ll have the capacity to utilize my aptitudes to help and impact others.
