Why is Odysseus a Good Leader?

Updated: November 28, 2022
Odysseus is a good leader because he is brave and he is smart.
Detailed answer:

Odysseus is a good leader because he is very brave and is not afraid to take risks. Odysseus is a great leader because he is very brave and is not afraid to take risks. He does not let fear stop him from achieving his goals. He has proven this time and time again by defeating many monsters, giants and even the Cyclops with his men by his side. Odysseus also possesses great intelligence and knows how to use his resources wisely. For example, when they were stuck on the island of Circe and had no food or water left; instead of giving up, Odysseus had his men gather sticks, leaves, branches and anything else flammable so they could start a fire and cook up some food for themselves. Odysseus is also very determined and always strives to achieve his goals. He was able to accomplish many things during his journey back home including killing all of those monsters along the way, returning safely home to Ithaca with his men unharmed, defeating all those suitors who were trying to marry Penelope (his wife), defeating Calypso (who wanted him as her husband) and finally reuniting with Penelope after 20 years of being apart from each other.
