Summary

Stakeholders refer to any party that has an interest in an organization, including members, volunteers, management, and contracting bodies. Every business organization has various stakeholders, and the organization’s objective is to blend the different interests of these groups to benefit all stakeholders. There are two types of stakeholders: internal and external, and an analysis of these stakeholders is essential to identify the organization’s position in the market, strengths and weaknesses, market gaps, and to utilize limited resources to achieve organizational goals. The PESTEL analysis of Nestle shows that political factors, including tax policy, labor law, and political stability, can affect the company’s operations in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
