In real life we have to work and interact on multiple levels simultaneously, though not being fully engaged with them. The more are balanced in ‘self, the more we tend to look outside of our group. That is why, when the person is satisfied in his ‘micro’ level, he is ready to ensure the happiness of his family. When his family is stable, the person is ready to work with other groups at higher ‘macro’ level. One of the possible solutions is to expand social interaction: go out with friends (ex. Interaction with friends, but it will also include interaction with strangers), maybe get involved in charity work or social project (it can be done with children but at the same time t can help to gain such expected outcomes as creativity self-development and exploration, mental or/and physical stimulation, identity). “Everyone I know seems so shallow, I do not know anyone who is interested in anything deeper’. Since school years we are used to receiving a lot of new information almost every day and socially interact with a great number of people (other students or teacher/lecturers).

When we our formal education is over the information stream is not so intense or it can be quite low, depending on the job we get. If the job does not involve continuous education or it is simply monotonous, it can sake the person feel withdrawn from ‘life’, and everything and everyone will seem to be shallow. In this case the person could think of something what will interest him/her. The person/client could find fan/social/interest clubs or groups where people will share his/her interests. It will also help to satisfy the required expectations in social interaction with different size groups, self-exploration and exploration of other environments.

Anything to do with self-development, mental stimulation, creativity and teamwork or just registering for a course, which will tit personal interests can also give him/her a chance to gain expected outcomes in social area of life. 10.
