The problems that could occur are that the Shortlist process could be biased because for example if the interviewer if the father of one of the candidates then his would be biased because the interviewer would probably give the job to this son. In order to avoid this type of problem, the business could take away the name, the age etc because if the business takes away the candidate’s names etc then this would help the business to avoid the biased system because nobody would know who the candidate are if they anonymous.
