Your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest themselves in reality. When you perceive something, it gives birth to a thought which then vibrates and attracts other similar thoughts by the law of attraction.

So it begins its expansion immediately. You can become the attractor of your own life experiences. Create whatever you want and desire, attract or maintain a great relationship, attract more money into your life, attract or maintain great health and well-being, and much more! The law of attraction is a powerful force that I am going to explain in 5 key steps.

  1. Everything is energy: The very existence of life is energy. We emit positive, negative, or neutral energy. Energy is like a vibration – like a frequency. The whole universe is vibrational; everything and everyone are made up of energy.

We are constantly emitting different kinds of vibrations. We have all been in situations where we are among hundreds of people, and suddenly we turn around to find that one person who is surprisingly looking at us. Have you ever wondered why it happens? Or in some cases, have you felt immeasurable happiness being around a certain person? It is due to the underlying fact that everyone emits energy. The energy that we give off depends on numerous factors such as our thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Energy is everything, and everything is energy.

Like attracts like. You may have noticed in your personal life that good people tend to hang out with other good people, or rather, people with similar personalities tend to stick together. It’s infrequent for individuals with vast differences in personality to spend time together because the energy they give off simply comes back to them. This is the universe’s way of matchmaking. Your thoughts, feelings, and behavior dictate the kind of energy you emit.

Another principle is ask and you shall receive.” It’s essential to know what you want and make up your mind about it. Many people are afraid to express their desires.

If you want something, put it out there. You have a better chance of actually getting it if you make a clear decision. You need to build up energy for the end result that you desire. You need to have that passion and excitement; it will give you the strength and confidence to go forward and achieve what you want. Knowing yourself well is also important.

Your brain is an electronic switching station. When you think about something or attract something, your brain cells become active.

Build up your energy: Don’t just sit there, get up and do what you have to do.

Sitting there and doing nothing will only push your goals farther and slower. However, achieving your goals has a prerequisite: you need to remove all hindrances, barriers, negative thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. To get what you want, link your emotions with the belief that you already have it. For example, if you desire a comfortable life filled with fulfillment and contentment, visualize yourself as already having that life. It’s all about experiencing those positive emotions; the more you immerse yourself in that reality, the more you attract it into your life by matching its vibration.

This is how the law of attraction really works. Bad things have low frequencies and vibrations, while good things such as happiness and joy have higher frequencies. This can be related to emotions. Believe that there are opportunities out there that can help you and serve you in getting whatever it is that you want.

  1. Take action: You cannot just sit there and say I want this” or “I want that”. You must be ready to do what it takes to achieve your goals.
  2. Think about yourself and a higher power. When you do your part, the higher power will bring what it can bring now in order to get you to the next step.

Your passion for something determines how well you will achieve it. If you give up or have negative energy and vibrations towards your goal, you won’t be able to attain it. It’s like how hands wash each other.
