L got a note telling me to meet him at that old museum that we used to go to, said he had some money to give me. I was pretty happy to get the note from holder although I never really liked that lousy museum, always gave me the creeps, you know? I’m kind scared Holder’s goanna leave us but It anti no big deal though, I goat plan, I’m goanna leave with him, packed myself a suitcase and brought with me. I’m goanna miss a whole bunch of dance classes though, I’m real good at aiming.
The school bell goes off, I hate that damn thing, so rattle, always makes me lump right auto my skin It does. I’m In a pretty big hurry to get auto that class, my teacher Is boring and mean and makes us do extra math If we’re bad. I hate math, I’m kind good at math, but really really hate it. As soon as I see the museum I can see Holder, he aunt exactly hard to miss, with that dirty old red hunting hat on his head. This suitcase is getting real hard to carry, feels Like its getting heavier, like all my clothes Inside started to have babies.
I chuckled at that thought, opening my trunk and seeing teeny little kinds of my clothes, I could probably use them to dress one of my dolls back home. I start talking to Holder about coming with him, he says no, and IM telling you, can feel myself getting madder by the second, it anti fair that he can leave and I can’t, I’m almost as grown up as him. I’m one of the tallest In my class. I can do things that older people do if I want to. An it aunt just that, he needs me to come with him he can’t be all on his own that anti safe, he needs someone to take care of him.
I can see Holder’s starting to get pretty mad at me, tells me to go back to school. Hell, I don’t want to go back, I just brought my suitcase all this way! Holder offers to take me to the zoo. I love the zoo and I really want to go but Im still pretty mad at him and so I decided that I’m goanna walk on the other side of the road to him, won’t say nothing either, that’ll make him feel bad and then he’ll have to make it up to me and take me with him! The zoo weren’t as good as I remembered, seemed smaller this time but the animals were still as scary.
We’re walking to the park now, I let kind bad about walking on the other side of the road earlier so this time I stood nearer to holder, not right next to him though because IM still kind mad. At the park there’s that carousel, I don’t really like carousels, never really did but holder wants me to have a turn, I guess this Is his way of trying to make It up to me, I guess let works because it’s actually quite fun, whilst spinning round I try and k]pep my eyes out for him, can see that Hess sat down onto a bench, I can see that stupid hat and its real weird because I could have sworn that he looked like he was crying.
