Tiresias tells Odysseus that he will return home after enduring much hardship, and that he will lose all of his companions.
Detailed answer:

Odysseus has just arrived in Hades, where he meets the seer Tiresias. The seer tells him that he will experience great hardship on his journey home and will lose all his men before he finally reaches home. He also predicts that Odysseus will be blinded by the sun god, Helios, before he finally makes it home. Finally, Tiresias tells Odysseus that he will be turned into a beast by Circe before he finally makes it home.
The seer also claims that Odysseus must cross the River Styx in order to get home and face the wrath of the gods before finally making it home. Finally, Tiresias says that Odysseus will have to confront Penelope—his wife—before he finally makes it home
