Things are a bit simpler with the systematization of problems emanating from the education system. The problems of material and economic support are fading into the background, but still an urgent problem. It consists of the limited economic support of schools and other educational institutions. Lack of textbooks, teaching aids, little opportunity for practical and laboratory work. It seems to be a minor problem, but in fact, it grows into a very serious one. Lack of practice leads to a loss of interest in the subject, and this already gives rise to new problems that the teacher has to solve in the process of his activity.

The second problem caused by the system is the lack of decent personnel. Many teachers by nature are now working far from a profession, but why? Afraid of small salaries. And those who dare to face more global problems that repel. There are few teachers, which means that the freeload is transferred to already loaded teachers. Overloads, work to the limit – also scare people from the profession and this is the fault of the system.

The third problem is an attempt to standardize the educational process. In the modern world, there is a tendency to build a conveyor and industrial production in everything, but it is clear from the example that this is not always a good tactic for use in the educational process. This is manifested in total bureaucracy. A myriad of paperwork comes with the new state. educational standards. Standardization is a great idea, but it’s not enough to implement it in this country. The fourth problem is the weak reflection and slowness of the system. The system is very unresponsive. It is almost impossible to change something in the interests of students, dozens of meetings, hundreds of people solve one issue and not the fact that this issue is so important.

The problems emanating from the teacher-pedagogical activity, although it does not require physical exertion in the traditional sense, is actually very exhausting, and with such stress, the person works to the limit. And when a teacher comes home, he needs rest, but this is not always the case in our country, stress affects and manifests itself in weakened health and in many other aspects. In addition, problems can be triggered by a lack of experience.

Russian educational institutions at all levels are faced with constant underfunding. Chronic lack of funds negatively affects the level of salaries of workers in the education sector. Every year this problem becomes even more acute since educational institutions need computers, modern equipment, and textbooks that are in line with the latest scientific achievements. Reforms in the field of education are impossible without a high-quality update of the teaching staff, but the low prestige of the teaching profession hinders the solution of this problem and is a consequence of low salaries in the field of education.

The American educational system has many problems as well, but their basis is the same – neglect of world classical culture. Obviously, this is due to the fact that America is a young country. First of all, Americans are taught their history, culture, rejecting world experience. I don’t want to say that in America they don’t study the classics of world history at all, but for some reason only students of the so-called highest level post them. And for the average, ‘mass’ student, they remain inaccessible. Here artificially imposed neglect of world culture, the idea that Americans can do without it. But in fact, American youth need knowledge that the school does not give them. And the Americans, unlike us, are “Russians”, do not hesitate to show that they know nothing.

The public school system is our hope for the future. This gives every child in America equal opportunities to move forward. For this system, it does not matter where the children were born and what language is their mother tongue. Public schools instill in students of all backgrounds the skills they need to move forward, succeed, and benefit their communities. Unfortunately, not every public school today is an exemplary institution with high-quality teachers’ that children need. At the same time, schools are exhausted under the weight of different requirements. Schools are monitored so that the performance of all students reaches a certain level required to take standardized tests. Local schools are required to bear the additional cost of educating children with certain physical and mental disabilities who deserve the same education as other students. Finally, schools are under constant pressure to reduce class sizes, purchase better equipment for students, and hire more qualified teachers. At the same time, schools do not have the funds to attract high-paying teachers.

Today, to make education faster, easier and better, we need to solve all the main problems of modern education, you also need to start with the permission of distance education. Each student can be allowed to study at home through a computer and the Internet. Today there is an opportunity for a teacher to create his own room for video communication with students, give them assignments, and check work via the Internet while sitting at home. Then each student will be creative in approaching a particular question and will seek the necessary answers and prove them. Today, every student in the test and at any question from the teacher at the desk still goes to the Internet to see the exact answer there. So why hide it, spend money on education, building educational institutions, if any teacher can teach his students sitting at home, and not at work. Just like the students who will feel more comfortable in their usual surroundings, in peace and silence. This is how we need to solve our problems of modern education, otherwise, nothing in our world can change for the better, using outdated methods, methods, and knowledge that have nowhere to apply.
