Adolf Hitler Outline

Over six years, Hitler murdered millions of people. He started World War ll, which resulted in over 50 million deaths. He thought the Jews were not real people, so he set out to murder all of them. He executed around 6 million Jews. Throughout this paper, we will examine the early life, rise, and rule of Adolf Hitler.

Adolf Hitler was born April 20, 1889, in a very small Australian town (History.com Editors, 2018). Adolf’s father was Alois Hitler and his mother was Klara Hitler ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). His father retired from his work he spent most of his life in Linz which is the capital of upper Austria. Hitler liked where they lived and he once said he would love to be buried there ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). He had a very rough childhood, because his father died in 1903 (History.com Editors, 2018). He didn’t really care about his dad. Alois was very mean and cruel to Hitler (Biography.com, 2018.) His father did not support his interest in art, which probably made Hitler hate him even more (Biography.com, 2018).

He then realized he wanted to be an artist (History.com Editors, 2018). He traveled to Vienna’s Academy of Fine Arts. Hitler thought he could make it as a artist but they did not think he had the talent. So they told him no (History.com Editors, 2018). He was not in a very good spot. He had dropped out of school to get here and when they told him no, it probably made him feel as if he had nowhere to go (History.com Editors, 2018). This cleary had an impact on Hitler because he was very quiet and he just seemed out of it as a child ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). He lived a very lonely and isolated life and spent very little time with people ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018).

He returned home in 1908 to find his mother dying. She said she could not sleep at night, because she had very bad pain in her chest. She went to the doctor and she had a very advanced stage of breast cancer (History.com Editors, 2018). Hitler stayed by her side every day. Even the doctor said that Hitler was the most devoted boy he had ever seen. Later that year, 1908, his mother died (History.com Editors, 2018). He was extremely lonely and would read all day long. While he was reading, he developed an interest for politics. Which eventually shaped the Nazi party (History.com Editors, 2018). He did not attend school or college because he hated it. He dropped out around 18 (Biography.com, 2018).

In 1913, Hitler moved to Munich. He was screened for military service in 1914, but they said he could not serve due to his physical limitations ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). After World War I broke out, they had no no choice but to let everyone join the army. Finally, Hitler got his chance. After eight weeks of training, he was deployed in the Belgium October 1914. He served over the course of the entire war. He was gassed and wounded on multiple occasions ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). Because of his bravery in World War I, he was awarded with a Iron Cross, second class, in 1914. Later in 1918, he was awarded with Iron Cross first class (History.com Editors, 2018). This is a very high honor is very rare and extremely difficult to earn ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018).

He was determined to be the ruler of Germany. He was waiting for the perfect time to take over. He had created the Nazi Party. He came up with this idea through literally just reading and reading. All he wanted was power, and with the books he had read, he knew how to find it. He designed the Nazi Party logo and basically designed and created the entire thing (History.com Editors, 2018). Once they went in the streets and were telling people that they were the beginning of a revolution. He sent Nazi soldiers to march down the streets. Hitler was arrested and spent about nine months in prison. Even though his political statement was a failure, people actually saw him as a leader (History.com Editors, 2018). He was sentenced to five years in prison, but after nine short months, he was released from prison. The only reason he was released four years early was because of the support through the Nazi party.

Influential people were pressuring government officials to let him go or they would destroy government. Left with fewer choices they finally let Hitler go unharmed and ready to seize his moment to take power. While he was serving his prison sentence, he had nothing to do. Hitler had nothing to do while he was in prison but had many ideas for a nation so he wrote a book. He titled it “Mein Kampf” which means “my struggle.” It detailed his plans as leader of Germany ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). In his book he also outlined how he hated Jews and wanted to destroy them (Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018).

Hitler set out to kill all the Jews. He believed they were below animals. Once he came to power, he devoted his entire life to the destruction of the Jews (History.com Editors, 2018). Even the Jews ,he did not take to concentration camps, he still set laws that forbid them to do many things. The main law he issued against them was forbidden to own a business. If they that a Jew had started or even owned a business, it would be shut down. Even those people would not have basically any rights. They would not be considered citizens (Biography.com, 2018). Even on top of all of this there were hundreds of laws that restricted the Jews. They would purposely exclude them from anything the other people did just to show how much they were mistreated and hated.

Hitler hated Jews so much he literally spent a huge portion of his rule on wiping out all of the Jews. He had concentration camps that had millions of Jews in them he would just barely feed them and make them work all day (History.com Editors, 2018). Think of working all day but not having any water or food to sustain yourself with. If they were not working they did not just tell them to keep working they would would beat them and just basically almost kill them just to get them to work. Then the quickest way he would just annihilate the Jews was the the gas chambers. They were told they were going to take a shower but when they got in they knew it was not shower. They would turn the poisonous gas on and just kill thousands in seconds. Before they burned all of their bodies they would take any valuable from the people. They would even go to the extreme if they had a gold cap on one of their teeth they would just rip it out and take it then they would burn everything (Biography.com, 2018).

Sometimes it would be much worse. Hitler once said, “Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.” He did not care about people’s lives ; all he was out to do was murder Jews. He wanted power and he was going to do anything to achieve it (Biography.com, 2018). Once again this proves how dishonest and how selfish hitler was, “It is not truth that matters, but victory.”

Hitler knew he wanted power, but was not sure how to get it. He had already made a name for himself; and most people knew who he was (History.com Editors, 2018). There were millions of unemployed German citizens and Hitler knew it was his opportunity to seize power. Everyone wanted a leader who could help their country and specifically give them help, which was very needed (Biography.com, 2018).

He thought he could win an election so he went for it ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). He ran against 84 year old Paul von Hindenburg. Surprisingly, it was a very close election. Hitler ending up winning 36 percent of the votes. An effort done in vain. He discovered that one had won the approval one out of every three citizens.This would later help him become the Fuhrer ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). When he lost he told hindenburg he would take no other position accept for the Chancellorship of Germany. Reluctantly he he gave him the position on January 30, 1933 ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018).

The first thing he did when he was given full power, was to dissolve all parties that were not the Nazi Party. Basically anyhting that was not part of the Nazi’s was gone within three months of his reign. He did not care who they were he just wanted them gone ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). They thought they were threats and did not want to take any risks (History.com Editors, 2018).

Hitler believed in the Aryan Race (History.com Editors, 2018). He thought that the Germans were above normal people. He also believed that all Germans should be vegans. Adolf believed they needed to keep their bodies clean, and any meat or alcohol would defile them (Biography.com, 2018). He wanted them to be above them and they believed that it made them even more above everyone else (History.com Editors, 2018).

Everything he said about this was ironic because he said you could not have alcohol or anything that would defile the body (History.com Editors, 2018). This is very ironic because Hitler himself was addicted to drugs. It started out because he had digestion issues and would take medicine daily for this. Basically every day he would be hunched over because of crippling stomach pains and diarrhea. In 1933 he realized that if he became a vegetarian it might help with some of his problems ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). He desperately needed help so he hired a physician.

He prescribed a drug for Hitler that was supposed to replace all bad bacteria with good bacteria. It was little things like this that started to get Hitler addicted. At one point just for some of his problems he was said to be on 92 different drugs. They then realized that some of the drugs he was taking contained rat poison and other deadly chemicals that could quickly lead to death ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). They limited his intake to these drugs but he was still rapidly declining with the decisions he was making. At this point he was addicted and his moods were always altered and you never knew how he was going to act. Before big speeches he would take a shot that would speed him up. At this point he had taken so many his body was almost used to it so they had to up the ante. Through all this his short term memory was very bad but even more important in the long run his judgment and actions were being altered. All of this matched up to prove he was on drugs and they were not for any problems he had he was just addicted ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). He could barely walk or think and he would scratch his neck so hard he would get infected. Hitler was at an all time low.

He decided they owned purity and anything that happened to them did not matter. Through all of this he thought they needed one leader who was going to be him. He would would be called the Fuhrer. In his book, he addressed the need for living space. He thought they needed land, so he said lets just go take the east such as Austria, Poland, and Russia. He decided they were lower than him so it did not matter what they did. They could not do anything about it because he was higher than them (History.com Editors, 2018).

Later in his life he was basically just focused on winning the war he had started. He had already taken over quite a lot of major cities ,but at the moment he wasn’t doing so well (Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). Personally, he was very I’ll and had been fighting this sickness for a while but he didn’t want his subordinates to suspect anything. That was not the only bad thing too their army was falling back and they basically knew it was over. The war was not over but people knew what was going to happen ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). He knew the allied forces we’re closing in so he closed up in his bunker and didn’t come back out. He realized he had nothing to live for and he did not care about the outcome of the war at this point.

At midnight on April 20, he married Eva Braun in that Berlin bunker (History.com Editors, 2018). They were married a very short time. He gave a political speech and told them to burn his body so no one got a hold of it. He was only married to Eva for a couple of hours then shot himself in the head ( Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). They listened to his instructions and burned him and we’re hoping nothing like that would happen to them. After this Eva also killed herself by taking poison (History.com Editors, 2018).

Throughout this paper we examined the early life, rise, and rule of Adolf Hitler was one of the most evil people to ever walk this earth. He was the one to start World War II which resulted in over 50 million deaths (Knapp, Lukacs, A. Bullock, B. Bullock, 2018). His entire life was devoted to wipe out every single Jew on this earth. Hitler was a form of evil and forever altered the state of history.
