Answer: In ways where he is sympathetic he is fully invested in making sure Romeo and Juliet are happy and will be together, but he is unsympathetic in his action of turning his back on both of the warring families.
Compare and contrast Friar Laurence and the Nurse. Discuss their personalities and the role that each plays in this story. Answer: Both of them try to help Romeo and Juliet. But the Nurse is much more forward whereas Friar is very devious and secretive. (25 points)

Answer: Sadly their bad luck is prevalent right from the get-go because the two families they belong to are fighting each other. More miscommunication happens when Juliet fakes her death, which causes Romeo to kill himself, which causes Juliet to kill herself. So many different things forced them apart which ultimately ended their lives.
