This function benefits market for sure as it will attract customer more than the past due to the following reasons. Additionally, customer is not needed to write their personal information such as address or phone number every time as their personal data was already updated on the system when they made their own account at the first-time use of shopping cart

Shopping cart also provides customer service which means that if any issue or problem in terms of shopping cart occurs, they can easily touch the screen on the attached tablet PC to call the staff. Assume that customer may not be used to use new generation of attached tablet PC on the shopping cart, shopping cart provides templates of the usage of it. When customers touch the call icon, it will directly contact the 24 hours stand-by staff to ask for any inconvenience or questions. Another method that shopping cart has is live chat by using the tablet PC. Customer is able to use the live chat mode from the tablet PC or leave an emergency message to the staff. Once the staff receives message, they will directly reply the message and help customer to solve the problem. live chat system provides some sample questions so that customers are not needed to type every single word to explain their issues. They just have to select among the sample questions easily. The market in these days, customer has to walk around the market to find where are the staff at. However, by using this shopping cart, customers can easily use the attached table PC to call or contact with the staff in the market.
