The famous documentary Supersize Me shows the negative effects of consuming McDonald’s every day, such as weight gain, depression, heart palpitations, and loss of energy. Fast food is also cooked in toxic hydrogenated oils that have been linked to heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. It’s time to be aware of the dangers of fast food and make healthier choices for our bodies and minds.
