a- The reason for losing temper in the diagram is difficulty of living in small and tight abilities with big dreams. The person suffers a suffocation of dreams in front of the flow of reality he is living in. He has supportive parents which respects and who try to reinforce his ability to logic life and become a better human with the same capacity of dreaming and ability to live a straight forward life without having to slug through life as a criminal and have himself arrested and have his career ruined.

He has role models whom reinforce his structure and constrict his dreams to the abilities he has got. Although the role models could puff into him the ability to become better he chooses to lag behind a little bit but is then supported by the fact that he could do it and that he could promote his living standards to a better life. He is ambitious and working on getting his dreams come true supported by his fantastical or realistic role models in the family as parental figures or those outside in the realm of the spotlights, etc.

The community surrounding him works on reinforcing him to become better and understanding of the abilities inside of him and accepting his reality in order to start a life better and more supported than the one he leads. He realizes that the life he is leading is a life which could destruct him, goes through an enlightened phase and realizes that to start achieving he must get to know his reality much better. His parents back him up on every decision he takes and are surrounding him with care and are available for good advice whenever needed.

He grows to be understanding and able to work better and has positive behavior towards the surrounding based on what he was able to see in his life from family support and community support and ability to figure out that what he was going through is a temporary phase that will be gotten over. Realizing that he is able and surrounded by care and love he goes on and is able to read and lead a straight life not being too immense into a side of life such as religion or too open but well and moderate because his inside has been stabilized by the fact that he could and was able to make it by external forces which supported him in his choices instead of going against him and what he desires from life and what he needed from life to go on living.

b- Another person went through the same problems of poverty. He has got hostile feelings, they fester and grow more and inflict pain on his mind and heart and are unable to leave him alone and have him continuously force himself into taking pills and drugs to be able to throw away the burden he has on his shoulders of unacceptance of his reality and inability to force himself out of it due to a small amount of hope and acquisition to the people and places which could aid him become better and more accepting of his reality and more realistic about it.

His parents are abusive. They are always bullying him about his unacheiving skills and inability to become better and living in fantasy dreams and give no support or happiness to him as a family which is supposed to be together. He sees them as the only role models which he could lead by as they are close to what he feels to be to his definition of what he is going through and what his emotions are going through. They are the best and fittest figure of anger which he sees in front of him which show him what he has to be and how to deal with his emotions by snapping back and becoming enraged of what he has in him which he cannot deal with.

Tv reinforces him with what he has got and he has to be nothing but passive since he never knew how to learn and educate himself on how to handle his own feelings and growing to be emotional and able to witness that the manner the tv  deals and shows the ways to handle such thing makes him feel and decide upon the fact that such things are the best to do and handle feelings by(the methods approached ion television are the best to be dealing with and to be dealt with emotions).these methods are the closest to his mind since he is able to relate to them closer than to emotions of happiness since he defines happiness to be what is the reaching of the goals in his mind as a manner of avenging himself for the integrity lost through his disrespecting him parents.

He becomes antisocial and is bullied further by his friends at school which drive him to be emotionally anxious to shoot back and hold a gun and figure out a way of how to get rid of them and the feelings in him by killing them. Rarely do any of these cases show a reliance on changing friends or reinforcing oneself to be better by any white sort of revolution inside themselves.

He ends up killing his parents and those around him in a suicidal attempt to feel at ease for the last moments in his life with himself after having been at the neck of the bottle and unable to work well to get through his emotions properly without help.

Fear is the way of saying ‘I cannot do such thing’ in a way that has two distinct manners of giving information to the receiver of the quote. One, that the person can do it but needs someone to help and show affection and love that he has not experienced. Two, that he cannot and wouldn’t appreciate someone telling them that what they have done is something wrong and that they be left alone and left in soliloquy to express what they’ve got inside them to be able to get them the power to follow their hearts and minds to be able to get rid of the fears inside them. This is by speaking out loud to oneself and being convinced that what they took from decision is something better than the efforts people are trying to show them of being supportive and to the point with him who is seeing it as something destructive to his boost of energy and ability to feel properly that they are really trying to help instead of trying to build a negative side inside him.

Fear is a biological effect which is based on how we support our feelings of ourselves towards ourselves with the words which appropriately show and are able to convince us when speaking to ourselves or others that we are afraid and unable to act and that nomatter what people tell us to do we do not follow because we cannot because the pool of words we use to bring such ideas into our minds and into action as such as ideas which we find difficulty to bear and handle because we cannot express ourselves in times of sadness or fear and cannot express emotions other than happiness because we cannot handle such excessive emotions in times of unhappiness. Namely because we found ourselves able to express ourselves when in a state of happiness but not in any other state.

When we fear we lose concentration on our minds and how we think and everything goes up in smoke when we try to build a positive action and handle ourselves in a better way. Fear gets us to bring out the best in ourselves for those who cannot work but under really high pressure from inside and are able to get the fact that this is a state which alot go through due to their living in places or environments that require them to grow more than the average and face reality with a more grown perspective. Fear induces us to handle ourselves more better or worse ,as children or as adults, relying on how we view ourselves and how we dealt with ourselves in childhood which shows us in that moment how we could familiarize with ourselves and understand what we do according to our previous experiences. This is how fear works.

Fear also allows us to grow more mature and allows the subconscious to flow easily on our conscious mind and affects it either negatively or positively which results in the way we handle and deal with our emotions and the surrounding at that present.

In positive impact situations fear reinforces us to understand the situation more better as it makes those dreamy more realistic and with such realistic mind they could calculate what is true and untrue in the situation and are capable of acting quicker than the usual being aware of time limitation.

In negative impact the concentration of the mind is less and the emotional side of the mind is compressed with imaginary thoughts which are there to console the heart and mind with the feelings and emotions that could lead to happiness since such a person was unable and uncultivated enough to go through feelings and emotions which alter his or her mood thus try to figure out grounds to stand upon solidly when in fear and fail due to the inability of facing facts and hatred of facing facts especially when put into a test by force. This impact shatters the mind and nomatter how much time they are given to react positively they handle it with a messy mood, mind, distracted and unable to cooperate internally(cannot gain access to the mind inside to calculate properly the situation, especially that the mind has been nurtured since childhood with the fact that the world around him or her is a fantastical world which does not need logic to grow out of more than feelings to sense the path through.).

what would happen if we cannot explain our feelings or understand them? This leads us to react automatically impulsively to get rid of the amount of emotions inside which burden our mind and make us incapable of acting properly.

Learning is the voicifiration and voicing of feelings and emotions lifting them up from the heart to the mind and arousing knowledge and informational behavior as to why and when and how i am responding and to what and for what reasons? This leads me to be able to suppose what is wrong, why it is wrong in my opinion or judgment and what the consequences of each could be and what to choose to rid me of the negative effects? There is also the willing of falling into a strong regretful or refusal moment of what we are passing through because what we have learned and what we have dealt with is something that is hateful or inacceptable to us. The mind focuses on the momentary problem for a second, analyzes it according to its database of information from previous experiences and then applies the format reducing the pain or agony and/or increasing the pleasures and successes in the moment. The view in which one sees the problem reflects on their behavior and allows them to see what is correct and what is incorrect and are able to evaluate their position thus and behave consequently and accurately.

When thinking, the proper and most rightful choice of words leads one to be able tro use our emotional background towards the problem in as contained and understood perimeters as possible instead of being able to use them and be under their influence and under their mercy and could not react respectably. Such moments require a knowledgeable understanding of the world and what we are in it for to understand what the problem we are in reflects upon us and helps us request of ourselves and what we intend to reach and whether it is decided upon to be something to reach for sure or whether what we are doing is a trial to what we want to reach.

To learn is to realize and to understand and to be able to word the problem and thus fix our facts onto our thoughts and vice versa and be able to find out a linkage thus helping ourselves into confronting what we redeem as inaccessible or unable to reach and could behave in a proper manner and make it reacheable. This is an aspect of learning.

Another aspect of the importance of learning is the fact that that learning means to focus and function on mental basis and not on emotional haphazards and bizarre thoughts which have no clear roots as to why they are so and to what reason and extent they are rooted and allow us to behave awkwardly consequently. Learning is the first step to allow us to behave in a manner and understanding of the thought that first arouses momentary understanding of the situation in a problem which is dealt with emotionally and concerns us with our emotions and with how we relate to the problem. This is another aspect of the importance of learning.

To learn is to educate oneself on the problem especially when building the manner of behavior to apply in adolescent years because in such years the fact is that one thought emotionally until such biological changes aroused that lead one to dispute whether what they believe in is true or not according to what they understand and believe in and behave in consequently and thoroughly go through the problem to face the facts they have been surrounded by with facts they surround themselves by and encounter in life and act with and by and through accordingly.

a- Kagan’s timidity theory : (P.127)

‘Studies of young children and infants indicate that although young children are inclined to approach unfamiliar people and objects, others are not. Kagan has distinguished between inhibited and uninhibited children. One distinction is their sympathetic reactivity (autonomic arousal).’

The above quotation informs that due to childish curiosities children get involved in the realism of the real world, i.e, they behave as unaware and unable to observe and understand grown ups and different body activities because they still do not comprehend the reality that such things outside their bodies and in action with the world common between them is not the same as they see themselves inside and believe that such things are the same as the way observe themselves from inside. If they believe that they are strong in character they believe that everyone is and thus follow a manner of behavior that is sly or straight forward no matter what the consequences are which they have to deal with until they are unable to continue such behavior.

They are aware of their inner curiosity but unaware of the external dangers and abilities to face such danger. The medium seems familiar or innocent as they observe the world innocently and the world seems easy to handle especially when they are brought up to act and react and use their potentials to the maximum which makes them self-satisfactory with the results of their capacity to act. Yet they gain understanding and knowledge of the world when the experience is over and the world is a satisfactory answerer of their questions. Yet it could be too late to know such thing when it is an approach from other humans or beings to react to their curiosity in an aggressive way or in a way that misleads them for whatsoever reasons they may have inside them.

b- Eysenck’s extraversion/introversion theory: (P.127)

‘The key to understanding the difference between extraverts and introverts is understanding how these two types of people maintain optimal stimulation. Extraverts need more stimulation than introverts do. Socialization is a key source of arousal, so extraverts would be more inclined to socialize than introverts would. Because introverts tend to have moderate to high arousal levels, they are motivated either to maintain existing arousal levels or reduce arousal levels. Therefore, in contrast extraverts, who seek out social stimulation, introverts tend to avoid social contacts to prevent any further increase arousal.’

The above statement shows that the risk-factor in an introvert is lower than that to an extravert’s. An extravert’s idea of risk is to display ability to behave in an accessible manner to his ego and idea of what identity should be about when acting which involves the existence of people and the fact that they are cheering for him and have made him a role model in their lives. An introvert would oscillate between doing and not doing until finally resolves the fact that such act would be bad for him because it only shows how failure he is and how this is bad for his reputation and showing people a negative side in him only reinforces the fact he sees that what he generalizes in people’s behaviors people would generalize in his apparent behavior. He would rather not display an ability because he has seen enough hurt from others to be able to go on in the act with a positive reinforcement inside him. Yet with a change of humor or mind and with love he could become an extravert easily and the risk-factor could be moderate due to the fact that he still remembers his old experiences as an introvert and being an extravert could lead him to feel lonely for the state of emotions he was in and how we thought gloomily. The risk-factor in an extravert is deadly as he does not apply conscience and consicouness to his efforts to show what he is capable of. This is deadly as it could be fatal and unfixable when gone through. An introvert might risk committing suicide to get rid of his sorrows but an extravert would risk killing himself willingly or unwillingly according to what threshold of excitement the new and risky experience could propose to him.

c- Gray’s behavioral inhibition model. (P.128)

‘Personality and emotions are determined by two affective-motivational systems. The primary system is the behavioral inhibition system. Gray argues that specific stimuli inputs such as punishment, nonreward, and novelty trigger the inhibition system, which suppresses ongoing behavior and redirects attention to relevant stimuli. According to Gray, people with an active behavioral inhibition system-anxious individuals would reflect a combination of Eysenck’s introversion and neuroticism. At the other end is an approach system –sometimes called impulsivity- that reflects a combination of extraversion and stability.’

The above quotation is true as it shows that emotions link to the personality through emotional intelligence and accessibility to the mind by understanding gone self through thoughts related to emotions and how we logic emotionally our thoughts about ourselves and what we could and could not do and under what circumstances. External inputs on our minds help us behave in a computed manner out of our stimulus from our inside. We logic according to what the outside inflicts from pain or pleasure on our hearts and what we logic from all that in our mind and how we phrase it in words and keep for further use automatically in the subconscious or voluntarily from the conscious and what we do is use such information to be able to dilute or un-dilute the risk-factor in our tasks and operate equal and well as professionals do when in a state of experiencing with a high risk. The end is usually eliminated as the risk-factor goes higher in potentially willing to take the risk people. They usually think that this is adrenaline rushing experiences which allow they to experiment the ability to do their best through what they emotionally think themselves capable of doing. If one is unable to face their emotions and negativity and what they have put in their minds and hearts from thoughts about themselves they could not follow a plan no matter how easy and accurate it could be and safety leading because what they think of themselves of is invalid to progression. Risk-factors play a major role and are directly proportional with people’s wills and emotional intelligence and ability to identify with themselves when acting. The more determinate to get out of a phase into another they are and the more upset they are the higher the risk-factor is. The lesser in each of their temperament and willingness the lower the risk-factor is(even though the risk factor could be inversely proportional with their intentions as they seek to refuge themselves from dangers as running from a lion or killer ants army rather than stand and wait for their call like wide-opened horses).

d- Barlow’s anxious apprehension model: (P.128)

‘Anxiety tends to make people more and more dysfunctional as a result of a bidirectional effect between arousal and attention. What happens is that negative affect causes a shift in attention to a self-evaluative focus. This results in further increase in arousal and a further narrowing of attention. Instead of attention being broad and open, the individual shifts to a hypervigilant state in which attention becomes focused on the recognition of potential threats. The psychological state that accompanies this is intense worry. At this point, anxiety can take on a highly dysfunctional quality. Anxious people tend to account for unexplained arousal in terms of their negative view of the world. In other words, when arousal increases, the worlds takes on an even gloomier look.’

The above mentioned facts show that anxiety could lead one to depression and that this process could work vice versa according to how the man is looking at the problem. The fact that such behavior exists is because of people who could indulge themselves in their thoughts and feelings that they could not relate to the outside worlds or that they are immensely into what others feel sympathetically that they do not relate to their insides except by relating to what others feel and relate to them from experiences and harms especially. Running away from problems is the common act done and this shows that such people could not face a high risk-factor in their lives which they run away from always. Such people could indulge themselves in seclusions and fantasies of killing and depressing other people like them so as to get out of their problems and make people feel them as they feel other people. Most act out of will to get rid of such inflictions which result in their going through low-curved or down-curved impressions of others and themselves. This is why the risk factor in their lives is only focused on themselves and their being destructive and unable to work or be worthwhile noticeable and are anxious to sit at the big table in the middle of the restaurant with all the big people who are popular and feel that this is a life dream come true instead of a secondary thing in their lives to pass by.

e- Solomon’s opponent process model of tolerance: (P.178)

The fact that there is an equivalent and opposite reaction to each and every action in our lives is true. The question is: could such reaction be fixed before involuntarily shooting out to the conscious world around? This is what the reason behind this involuntary reaction of repulsion and negativity is: the fact that the person does not know how to face a reaction of happiness and how they got into it and that the punch line they say when asked is ‘i guess it’s luck’ looses their mind’s track of what is the reasons and the effects of such happiness and achievement that they rely and try to work well on understanding the fact of how they got to it. This is true as the risk factor increases as the relation between the excitement and its descension level increases as the experiment encountered repeats more than twice which affects the person’s esteem of what their capabilities could lead them to do and behave in accordingly. Such behavior is the reinforcement of happiness of something people mostly call  ‘luck’ and no hard effort especially if it involves tasks such as thinking and relating their thoughts and minds with the component of success and realization of goals in a momentary given amount of time. This leads them to face depression when the plan is re-accessed and the fact that the plan is based on ‘luck’ and not reality of conclusions such as how to get it when required and in as short a time as possible? summarizes the equation of reality and realization of goals which goes directly proportional with people who do not know how to get through to their goals and try to by experimenting illogically the ways to. This increases the risk factor and thus they lose their jobs in gambling, money, lives and self-esteem at very many times.

5-The real life problem I’m about to anaylze is studying and researching as part of my nature. The fact that I was looking for a job was difficult because I was always surrounded by the people of the wrong type which I could not flourish through. This was exhaustive mentally as I was unable to get through to my core’s reality as time passed and I tried to deny access to myself to make it harder believing that such experience is necessary to make me better at understanding people and knowledge of myself(being not happy of the fact of dealing with straight forward information because of the bad memories I had of them then which I applied to myself and emotions all my life until this present moment.)

The facts I faced were horrifying about myself as I grew unable to work with my present mind and unable to facilitate a manner of behavior that could release the tension inside me and the only motivation I had was through getting out of the problem without knowing how. Sometimes I was motivated to remain in it until I could be able to know its ins and outs and teach those around me how to get out of it when I face someone with similar emotions and reality. I involuntarily entered, voluntarily stayed and motivated myself involuntarily to stay by pressing on myself to stay and motivated myself as well to work my way through my negativities and what I think of being helpless and unable to act in such a loving community and society and parents who tried their best to help me but had not the keywords to get me out of the problem.

Lost, the only thing I discovered was the ability to relate to the words I say and what others say which seems to be a process of enlightenment which happens spontaneously. This was more than I could realize and go through as days rolled by and I alienated myself from my heart and its characteristics and what my proud mind was going through from degeneration to be able to link between both as I was standing in the middle reaching nowhere.

The realized pattern of thinking is that whenever I could realize I could relate. Relating was difficult as I tried to focus on the problem which ran away from me whenever i could understand something but could not explain it. This was not what i wanted yet it occurred. Another noticed thing is the fact that such behavior is redundant and does not occur when I leave it to chance to realize and associate between cause and effect and reason. Another noted thing was the relief I had when I faced fantasy with realism.

Three points could be faced with three different maturity levels:1-escapism,the ability to escape reality to fantasy or fantasy to reality and realizing the problem and facing it.2-faith in the Supernatural powers which recollected my existence in its memory and spitted me out as an able-bodied person who could think and solve problems with a satisfactory manner with a satisfactory amount of free will which is unrelated to it.3-voluntary willingness and decision making which is a life savior when it is time to critically analyze the situation and work on the problems as soon as possible and as strictly as possible and as functioning well as possible.

This is how the present problems lead to a disintegration of the problem and the solutions lead to an integration of memories, experiences and self-knowledge well altogether which lead them to make a better portray and frame of reference of myself to myself within myself.
