Pre-writing promotes the flow of creative thoughts and aids in identifying crucial details like who, what, where, when, and why. Free-writing and idea mapping are valuable methods for delving into the primary subject matter and establishing a connection with it.
Once the writer has a topic in mind, they should start outlining their ideas. This is called drafting, where they put their own words to the researched ideas they want to share. It’s important for the writer to consider the audience and eliminate any unnecessary information. The next step is revising, which involves reading and reviewing what has been written.

I believe this subject is valuable as it pertains to a common challenge faced by many individuals. By examining different approaches to weight loss, my final project will contribute to the understanding and implementation of effective strategies in achieving a healthier lifestyle.
As a single teen mom, I am currently facing difficulties in losing weight. In order to find effective methods to achieve weight loss quickly, I have conducted extensive research on this topic. My goal is to shed 60 pounds within a span of three months.
