Dear Mrs Freel,
The inanimate object that I choose is coffee. I personally love coffee, and people around in USA are just addicted to it. They start their day with it. Without coffee the people of USA can’t start their day as they feel low and this I came to know when I came here; as most of the people around here usually walk, drive and even stand with a coffee in their hand. Also, I choose it because coffee possess a lot of advantages in it is the most delicious as well as a healthy drink.
Coffee is probably the greatest source of antioxidants in the global diet. For some of us, it may just be the super food of the century. Here are some of the advantages that we gain from coffee which are very interesting and informative at the same time. 1. It may lower your risk of death: We’re all going to die eventually, but coffee appears to lengthen the “when” for individuals with certain chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. 2. Lower the risk of death: In fact, the study found that the more coffee (three or more cups a day), the lower the risk of death regardless of whether participants drank caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee. 3. Prevents the risk of cancer: Prevention found that women who drank more than four cups of coffee a day had a 25 percent lower risk of endometrial cancer. It helps protect your brain. 4. It’s great for your skin: Drinking coffee may help you to ward off the most diagnosed form of skin cancer! A study in the journal Cancer Research that looked specifically at the caffeine in coffee demonstrated that coffee drinkers had a lower risk of developing skin disease.
However, coffee gives us most of the advantages but some how, it has some disadvantages too. On the other hand, too much consumption of coffee is not recommended for everyone. Additionally, individuals who are struggling with some disease should also limit coffee intake. Coffee is the most amazing thing as it keeps the mind energetic the whole day; it is far most the best meal to start an awesome day with. Last but not least, keep the coffee cup out of your children’s hands and let them experience the wonders of coffee when they get adult.
