In this quote, Caplet, Gullet’s father, is expressing his thoughts about his daughter marrying Paris. He points out the fact attitudes has not even reached her urethane year of life yet. This response by Romeo proves that he is not thinking practically about the consequences of constantly being n secrecy with Juliet and the family feuds that this marriage could cause if anyone were to find out. He is caught up in the moment of being so deeply in love. Throughout the play, Romeo and Juliet often follow their passions without thinking about precautions. The length and speed of their relationship also displays their lack of common sense. One day they meet, the next day they get married, and a few days later, they both commit suicide to put an end to the mourning of having to live without each other.

Rushing into a relationship can be dangerous and most often happens because the people involved got involved for the wrong reason such s looks or to fulfill sexual desires. Relationships and marriages should not be influenced by peer pressure or to fill a void in life such as they were in Romeo and Juliet.
