Dreamspeaker are Family, Friendship,and trust. I choose those 3 themes because in the novel Dream speak its mainly focuses on them. My first Theme is family. I choose family because everyone wants and needs a someone to love, support and care for them. Also, in the story Peter does not have anybody to support and care for him as their own child. The mute and the old man can be his family.
Also, a kid like Peter needs someone to show him how to do the right things and teach him how to grow up as a young independent man. The other Theme I choose is Friendship. I choose friendship as one of the Themes in the novel Dreamspeaker because in the story peter does not have a close friend and I think peter needs a friend or someone he can trust and look up to.
Also, peter is becoming friends with the old man and the mute or I think it’s a good experience for peter because peter doesn’t have a friend are some one he can trust as yet. Dreamspeaker The last Theme I choose is trust. I choose trust as one of the Themes because in the novel Dream speaker peter doesn’t really trust anyone because every time he trust someone he moves to a new foster home where he doesn’t know anyone one their and he have to start over new and try to get along with his foster brothers or foster sisters.
