Companies and Customers Relationships Introduction

Table of Content

If there is no communication, then there are more chances of failing. Communication improves the unity, customer and employee relationships, it also enhances innovation, lastly there are more ideas that get spread around. A company that works to develop strong communication with each other is a united company. By simply keeping in touch on a regular basis, everyone remains united and working together. Each team member shares the same goals in this case, and everyone knows what their co-workers have on their plate. No business would succeed thou customers, and every company exists to serve them.

Communicating with customers is important as communication that is within the workplace. This is easier today than it’s ever been because there are a wide variety of ways to keep in touch with your customer base. No friendship is ever formed without communication. The more a company’s employees communicate with each other, the closer they will become naturally over time which will increase the number of ideas that are created which then will increase sales and profit. A business can become more innovative overnight just by working getter by communicating and that is good news for your revenue and bad news for your competition.

The second lesson that me and my group members learned during Became is decision making and how important it is to make the decision before the deadline. By procrastinating on the decision, it is not beneficial for you as an employee or the company. There are also different types of decisions that you have to be aware of (tactical, strategic, and operational) in the real world and for each different decision, you need to think and talk to your co-workers about them in order to make the best session possible.

Good decision making involves, knowing the information, management skills in analyzing information, and you also need the ability of taking risks. The third lesson that me and my group members learned is time management. Mine and my group member’s time management was not very good at the beginning of Became during the first two decisions. We did not make the first two decisions because of our lack of communication, and due to our time managing skills. We left both decisions till last minute and we didn’t end up making time for them which led us to not making any decisions or both time periods.

We also learned that time management is key to making the best decisions possible and getting all the tasks done in a business. Planning, preparation, scheduling, and research are all apart of time managing because those are the tasks that you have to manage within your business. The fourth lesson we learned as a group is responsibility. Responsibility is crucial in a business and also to the employees that work in the business. You are responsible for your own decisions and your own mistakes and there is no one telling you what exactly you have to do, especially in cafes.

In Became, you need your own willpower to make the decisions of the business. Because my group members and didn’t decide anything for the first two periods, we went off track and had a late start which definitely effected the financial aspect of Became regarding profit. This is why making decisions on time is very important so that you stay on track and be behind in any decision of any business, not just Became. The fifth and last lesson that we learned in Became is basically learning how to adapt to with different people. In the real world of business, you can’t choose who you can ark with.

In order to be successful, you need to have a wide, spread out social network in order for you to be recognized in your work and also for people to know who you are. You need to have a good reputation in business no matter what field you’re in. If we opened a new business in Southern Ontario, believe we would open a business of a hair salon because, a person will always be in a need of sanitary care (haircuts, etc). What would relate to this business from Became is pretty much communication and how it is key to pretty much everything in life, but most importantly business.

Handling uncial statements and knowing how to read them is also going to come in handy even if it is just a business of a hair salon. Section A: Part 5 Became was a good experience for me because it taught me a lot about how the real business world works. This was also a fun activity as a group to know what it is like to handle all the expenses and different types of finances. I also learned how to read different financial statements that include revenue, expenses and other finances. What learned from Became is that you have to learn how to deal with people because in the real world of business, you can’t whose who you work with it.

It doesn’t matter what your opinions are about your co- workers, you’re going to have to deal with it. In Became, our leader left the business so my partner and I had to deal with the consequences. In the business world, you have to be prepared for anything that can happen and you need to be open minded. What liked about our Became experience is that I learned a lot about the financial aspect of the business, and also got a taste of the real business world runs. We also learned how to manage a small business even if there’s loss or profit, and also learned how to manage employees and also managers.

What I dislike about working in a team is that if you have people in your team that are not putting in as much effort as you are, it is very frustrating and the chances of success are low. You have to learn how to trust people in your team because if you don’t, then there will be unnecessary issues that will have to be resolved. What I liked about working in a team is that I had my team members to rely on if I was confused about something, or needed help. Being in a team has its ups and downs. There are more heads to work with and we would also come with new ideas faster and quicker.
