It is known that salt may be the cause for health issues. It increases the chances of obesity among adults. It affects people severely after they have quit smoking C. Eating less might turn Into a severe bulimic or anorexic problems

Over the years, bad diet habits have led many countries, such as United States, into obesity. This Is a serious issue, and the government wants to take care of it by controlling people ‘s diet. Even though the government may have people’s best interest at heart, I strongly believe It Is In the citizens freedom what kind of diet they can choose.

To start off, mastication’s indicate that a high protein diet is connected o severe heart diseases (Valhalla, 2012). There is a BMW study that proves heart diseases among 30-40 year old woman are common , however they do not affect everyone. Also, protein increases physical activity (Emollient, 2010). It motivates people to work more, and by keeping their diets stable, citizens would be free and many health problems. First, it increases the chances of obesity among adults (Broody, 2010). Also, it affects people who have recently stopped smoking, while they should have a low-salt diet (Broody, 2010).

In this way people could take the necessary assures to control their own diets, if they are informed correctly. Finally, investigator have agreed that eating less might turn into a severe bulimic or anorexic problem, though others agree it is good (Bullock, 2010). Anorexic problems are constantly appetite citizens, and should be stopped (Martin, 2011). This problem affects mostly to women that are exposed to the ideas that they are obese. Good Information would solve this problem. In conclusion, the government should not control people’s diet, even if they have the interest of citizens at heart.
