Tina Bertacchi-Love,I am lobbying for the full absolution of Bernie Madoff regarding his case for Ponzi Scam.I believe that Mr. B. Madoff is a culprit in the lowest form and his clients, party to this disgrace and rip-off.
In brief, Mr. B. Madoff invited investors to advance funds as outlay for business venture that turned-out to be fabricated and false. Consequently, he was exposed but to prevent his clients to dig deeper into the whereabouts of their capital believed to be in tenure of his family, he plead guilty and now awaits sentencing in prison.
The following facts I consider to my cause for his release of full responsibility;1. Mr. Madoff, before the celebrated case was a successful and trusted businessman;2. His success has been public knowledge.
3. The agreement between Mr. Madoof and his clients to this venture is null and void from the start.A blue sky law is a state law in the United States that regulates the offering and sale of securities to protect the public from fraud.
Though the specific provisions of these laws vary among states, they all require the registration of all securities offerings and sales, as well as of stock brokers and brokerage firms. These cited laws are just basic references for one of sound mind should exercise before making any form of investment to protect the capital and to remit to the United States Treasury all Fees and Taxes imposed on all businesses of the territory. All acts otherwise will be regarded as forms of deception to the State, in favor of personal greed, in this argument, the contract and agreement between Mr. B. Madoff and his client null and void.
;Should Mr. Madoff be convicted, his clients as party to this fraud be convicted with him since the crime was committed against the State and not to private persons as these private person being Madoff clients are party to the fraud. The case is against Mr. Madoff as sole accused contrary to legal definition of reasonable doubt.
For this reason, I appeal for your support and rally for M. Madoff’s pardon.;I am also appealing for citizens of this great nation and learned lesson to this mockery. Let’s us not be too greedy for our own good and lost money we worked too hard to promises of instants windfalls.
