Family Resources

We all are social animals. Since civilization, family is a prime unit in any social structure. All members interact with each other. In my family, parents are powerful figures in our lives, controlling all resources and caring for all needs. We watch our parents do many things in social context, which are more effective. Family comprises of members by birth or through legal relationship so it plays a greater role in social system. Our family is a part of social structure where societies from different region of the globe using different languages share basic living style.  My all-family members are thanks giving, participate in functions on special day, offer help whenever needed and work together for upliftment of national activity. These are common activities noticed in most of the families. We are different from others in respect that we have special family traditions. Our family has some discipline, views, belief and moral standards which may distinguish us from other families for example we are not allowed to go out side unless we complete the entire task at home or we are restricted to spent time in other activity when family is organizing some traditional ceremony.

In my family, we have healthy terms with each other and share everything, as family is well equipped with all necessary facilities. Senior members of family provide all basic resources to make life comfortable such as accommodation, transportation, funding, guidance etc. We are loyal to each other and spent lot of time. My parents have strong promises to do prosocial work, which is the important reason they are too close to each other. My parents always appreciate my dedication to family and treat me as friend so that I may feel comfortable and don’t hesitate to discuss my doubts and problems which are important to resolve to lead successful life. In our family communication is open and spontaneous. Each can enjoy being alone and privacy is respected. We all are making family decision together. Sometimes a problematic relationship between family members develops. Suppose I stick to the belief that I must be close to every family member simply because they are related to me. This may not hold good for a person’s behavior if he is an outsider, but if the person is a relative, then I tolerate it out of a sense of duty, obligation, or personal concept of family. Under these circumstances adjustment with family members may be poor. In other situation parents have too many expectations from children but it may not easy to fulfill all of them. This may give rise to disagreement and become some times a cause of disintegration of family. Further there are certain rules of the family and we all have to abide by them irrespective of individuals likes and dislikes.

Overall in our family membership, mother put more emphasis to family relationship so that every thing should run smoothly. Father feels greater satisfaction when family functions are appropriate and each member realizes its responsibility. By perceiving parent’s way of living we all brother and sister are very affectionate and respectful towards our parents and always make great effort for strong ties among each other.
